VolunteersVolunteers are a valuable resource at St Andrew's and contribute in many different areas of the Hospital.

People who work as volunteers at St Andrew's Hospital are an incredibly important part of the team, helping to provide the best care and service possible to patients and their families.

The level of involvement and the job you can choose is completely up to you.

  • Coffee Shop Attendant
  • Patient Transport
  • Customer Service
  • Administrative support

Volunteers working at St Andrew's Hospital will be given full training through an orientation day relevant to their needs.

Volunteers come from a wide range of backgrounds and ages, and they volunteer for many different reasons. Generally, 18 is the minimum age required for volunteers.

Each year, the Foundation holds a Volunteer Christmas party.
