Friends' of St Andrew's

Building a Strong Foundation.

Working closely with friends, and volunteers, the St Andrew's Hospital Foundation raises and endows funds to maintain St Andrew's position as South Australia's leading private hospital. As a not-for-profit organisation, we have always relied on strong community support, gratefully accepting assistance from those who share our vision.

The Friends of St Andrew's Hospital will continue a strong tradition of community interest that has assisted the hospital to expand and succeed over the past 50 years. Since the 1940's the hospital has benefited from the support of visiting doctors, staff, volunteer workers, members of the Uniting Church community, patients and their families.

This friends' group supersedes the former St Andrew's Hospital Women's Auxiliary who provided invaluable financial and other help over many years. Such interest from members of the hospital community certainly makes a very real and important difference in enabling St Andrew's to deliver the highest quality of acute hospital care for which it is widely recognized.
